Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at stilegroupmy@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please take note that all returns will incur a return pickup fee and an administrative fee of 2.5% from the final paid amount. We will update you the pickup fee accordingly, as the price will be varied according to volumetric weight.
All claims must be notified to stilegroupmy@gmail.com within 48hrs of delivery being made.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order is significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. Please notify us via email/call by sending us a photo of the damaged package, so that we can expect the return shipment.
If you need to return an item because it is faulty or as a result of our fault, we will not charge you for the return pickup fee.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The way you refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit card (visa, master), refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item due to process of request refund to payment gateway.
If you paid the purchase by Bank Transfer / Debit card (FPX), refunds will be refund via money bank transfer to your local bank account within 3 business days.
We will NOT ACCEPT: Any claims for replacement, repair or reimbursement once tiles have been laid. OR Claims for defects, size,
shade variation, incorrect delivery or any other fault that should have reasonably been obvious before laying.
